Haymer was born on May 9, 1925 and passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017.

Haymer was a resident of Cedar City, Utah at the time of passing.

He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp from 1943 to 1946.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11am at the Cedar City 5th Ward Chapel (155 E. 400 S., Cedar City, UT). A viewing will be held on Friday March 3, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Southern Utah Mortuary (190 N. 200 W., Cedar City, UT), and Saturday March 4, 2017 from 9:30-10:30am at the Cedar City 5th Ward Chapel. Interment will be at the Cedar City Cemetery under direction of the Southern Utah Mortuary.
