Rev. Dr. Church was born on September 14, 1941 and passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

Rev. Dr. Church was a resident of Warsaw, Indiana at the time of passing.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana. His funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2017 (Henry's 76th birthday) at Winona Lake Free Methodist Church, 902 College Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana and officiated by Pastor Rick Neir and assisted Pastor Doug Balzer. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.

Memorial donations in Henry's name may be directed to Impact Middle East, designated for refugees...impactmiddleeast.org and would be appreciated by the family.
