Henry was born on August 30, 1960 and passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017.

Henry was a resident of Dallas, Texas at the time of passing.

In 1982, he received his Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from the North Carolina School of the Arts, Winston-Salem, N.C.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 8017 Preston Rd., Dallas, TX.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Henry's memory may be made to the Christ the King Catholic Church Music Fund or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
