Herbert was born on December 2, 1925 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

Herbert was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing.

He served in the Army Air Corp in World War II, and was proud to participate in Honor Flight Chicago.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his loving memory can be made to: Honor Flight-Chicago, Federation of Northwest Indiana, and Temple Israel-Gary.
