Howard was born on June 14, 1941 and passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Howard was a resident of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He graduated from Falls-Overfield High School and proudly served his country as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10:30 from the Church of St. Benedict 1849Newton-Ransom Blvd. Clarks Summit, Military honors will follow. Interment will take place privately at the convenience ofthe family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Center, 2010 Adams Ave, Scranton, PA 18509 or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Eastern PA Chapter, 555 Croton Road Suite111, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
