Howard was born on November 18, 1938 and passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018.

Howard was a resident of Louisville, Kentucky at the time of passing.

He graduated from Dixie Heights High School in 1957.

A Celebration of Life will be at 6pm Thursday March 15, 2018 at Ratterman Funeral Home East Louisville 12900 Shelbyville Rd. Memorial Visitation will be 2-6pm Thursday March 15, 2018 at the Funeral Home In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Howard's name to: The Animal Care Society; Humane Society; Shamrock Society; and the Crusade for Children.
