Ian was born on April 4, 2001 and passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

Ian was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing.

Ian was born April 4, 2001 in Joliet and was a Newark Community High School graduate (class of 2019) and was a 4-year honor roll student.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3rd at the Newark Lutheran Church fellowship hall, 101 E. Liberty St. Newark. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Mike Stoner officiating at the Newark Lutheran Church.

Pallbearers: Dylan Tuttle, Dustin Wilkinson, Tim Collins, Ian Cerney, Sean Gavin, Ryan Gavin, Mike Husar, Charles Runnels

Memorials may be directed to Mark and Jill Oldenburg in order to establish a scholarship in memory of Ian.
