Inez Marie (Bohling) Nealy was born on December 11, 1937 in Auburn, NE to Gustav & Helen (Michel) Bohling. She was baptized January 1, 1938 at St John’s Lutheran Church in Sterling NE. She was confirmed on April 6, 1952 at St John’s Lutheran Church in Sterling by Pastor John Voelk. Inez graduated from Sterling High School on May 12, 1955. She married William (Bill) R Nealy on May 18, 1955. They were married for 52 years until Bill’s passing on October 17, 2007. This union was blessed with four daughters and three sons. They were members of Sheridan Lutheran Church. Inez spent many years managing Bluebird Laundromats and being a daycare provider and providing a “home” for many kids. Inez and Bill touched the lives of many little children and many teenagers that they took in and provided a “home” for them. She enjoyed camping, going to car shows with Bill to show off his 41’ Chevy, going to the cabin at Lake Waconda and spending family time together. Inez went to her heavenly home on July 12, 2017 having reached the age of 79 years, 7 months and 1 day. Her memory will live on through her 7 children, 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
