Jack was born on April 17, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.

Jack was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a proud US Army Veteran, who honorably served our country from 1954 to 1956.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers James Courtney, Thomas Courtney, and infant George Courtney, III. Visitation will be on Thursday, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect. Visitation will be on Friday, 10am to 11am, at The Presbyterian Church of Portersville, 1297 Perry Highway, Portersville, Funeral Service at 11am in the Church, with his Pastor Dana Opp, officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in The Presbyterian Church of Portersville Cemetery. Visitation at the The Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on May 16, 2019.
