Jackie Lloyd "Jack" Grimmett , age 82, was born January 6, 1933 in Henderson, TX the son of Simms Grimmett and Eunice (Brock) Grimmett. His parents preceded him in death.

He married Shirley Lawless on January 5, 1953 in Paris, TX and had lived in the Hugo area since 1955. Jack was of the Baptist faith, member of Ft. Towson Masonic Lodge #303 and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: his wife, Shirley Grimmett; two sons, Jimmy Grimmett of Ashdown, Arkansas and Dillard Grimmett of Antlers, Oklahoma; four daughters, Jeannie Butler, Rhonda Rolf, Debbie Morris all of Hugo, Oklahoma and Autumn Sissons of Bixby, Oklahoma; one brother, Tink Grimmett of Sobol, Oklahoma; one sister, Virginia "Ginger" Sims of Stoutland, Missouri; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
