Jack was born on December 23, 1933 and passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019.

Jack was a resident of Evansville, Indiana at the time of passing.

Jack graduated from Bosse High School, where he was captain of the football team.

He was a Veteran of the Korean War, serving with the United States Air Force.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville. Memorial services will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Bessie Adams and Don Bernhardt officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Kentucky University Athletic Dept., 1605 Avenue of Champions, Bowling Green, KY 42101; Oasis Dementia Care Center, 4301 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN, 47714; Deaconess Hospice, 610 E Walnut St, Evansville, IN, 47713; or Salem United Methodist Church, 6311 Kratzville Rd, Evansville, IN, 47710.
