Jack was born on November 15, 1922 and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Jack was a resident of Indiana.

He was valedictorian of his 1941 graduating class of Williamsport High School.

Jack served in the US Navy during World War II.

Visitation will be held at the Maus Funeral Home Attica on Thursday May 18 from 11:00 a.m. until the masonic memorial service at 1:00 p.m with the funeral service to follow Chaplain David Hess officiating. Burial with military honors will be held in the West Point Cemetery West Point.
