Jack was born on March 6, 1942 and passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018.

Jack was a resident of Cary, North Carolina at the time of passing.

Jack graduated from N.C. State in 1964 with a degree in business.

Jack grew up in a Navy family in Greensboro, North Carolina and Oakland, California before moving to Raleigh, North Carolina during middle school.

A service will be held at Centenary United Methodist Church at 309 New Street in New Bern, North Carolina at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018. Memorial Service at the Centenary United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM on January 14, 2018. Sunday January 14, 2018 2:00 PM Centenary United Methodist Church 309 New Street New Bern, NC 28563 Memorial Service at the Centenary United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM on January 14, 2018.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to fund Parkinson's research or to another charity of your choice.
