Jack was born on June 16, 1928 and passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017.

Jack was a resident of Ohio.

Jack proudly served in the US navy on the USS North Carolina during WWII.

Jack was a proud member of St. John‚s Evangelical Lutheran Church 3220 Columbus Street Grove City Ohio where his funeral will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-8 PM at THE SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME 2697 Columbus Street Grove City Ohio with a masonic service at 7:30 PM. Interment will follow Wednesday after funeral service at Sunset Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. John‚s Evangelical Lutheran Church or Mt. Carmel Hospice in his memory.
