Jack was born on January 28, 1955 and passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019.

Jack was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing.

He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, and when he came home, turned right back around and enlisted in the Army, but his heart stayed with the Navy and he was very proud of his service.
