Jack was born on June 23, 1923 and passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017.

Jack was a resident of Evansville, Indiana at the time of passing.

Jack later graduated from Wabash College, in Crawfordsville, Indiana and began his career in machine design and development.

Jack served as a Navy diver during World War II and the Korean Conflict.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 15, 2017 at St. Benedict Cathedral, 1328 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47714, with Father Godfrey Mullen, OSB celebrating.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
