Jack was born on February 25, 1923 and passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017.

Jack was a resident of Wichita, Kansas at the time of passing.

After the war he earned a BS degree in petroleum engineering at Oklahoma University and won Big Six Conference tennis titles.
