Jack was born on September 7, 1951 and passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017.

Jack was a resident of Idaho at the time of passing.

He graduated from John Marshall High School in 1969 where he wrestled; leading his team to a state championship.

A memorial service will be held 10am Monday, September 18 at Church of the Servant in the Chapel of the Cross, 14343 N MacArthur Blvd. Floral contributions may be sent directly to the church.
