Jack was born on July 28, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019.

Jack was a resident of Mount Laurel, New Jersey at the time of passing.

Jack was a corporal in the US Army and a veteran of the Korean War.

He was a member of Merchantville Masonic Lodge #119. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, at Inglesby and Sons Funeral Home, 2426 Cove Rd, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. A funeral service will be on Thursday, at 11:00 am, at the funeral home. Burial with military honors to follow at Bethel Memorial Park, in Pennsauken.
