Jacqueline was born on February 21, 1952 and passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

Jacqueline was a resident of Middletown, Maryland at the time of passing.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick were services will be held in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 10 AM. The interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.

Contributions may be made in Jackie's name to the James M. Stockman Cancer Institute.
