Jacqueline passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

Jacqueline was a resident of Westport, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport, MA 02790 Westport at 11:00 A.M. Memorial visitation will be Tuesday, from 9:30-11: 00 A.M. at the funeral home, prior to the service. Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
