Jacqueline was born on June 7, 1942 and passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

Jacqueline was a resident of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Jacqueline was a 1960 graduate of Tarentum High School.

Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:30 AM in Most Blessed Sacrament Church with her pastor the Rev. John B. Lendvai as celebrant. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. Visitation at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on September 15, 2017.
