James was born on September 12, 1948 and passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

James was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing.

A graduate of Whitmer High School, he was a proud United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Visitation will be Monday from 2-8 p.m. in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.) where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Military Honors and interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
