Mr. Digar was born on July 1, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.

Mr. Digar was a resident of Missouri at the time of passing.

He served in the U.S. Army from January 17, 1956 until January 16, 1959 at which time he was released from active duty with an Honorable discharge.
