James was born on July 14, 1960 and passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019.

James was a resident of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He served with the United States Army, 1st Battalion, 6th Infantry division as a sharpshooter.

Joseph P. Salandra owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where services will be held at 11:30am Friday with pastor Tim Sweigart officiating. Interment with full military honors by the VFW Post 191 of Canonsburg and the United States Army will follow at 12:30pm in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Twp. Visitation at the Salandra Funeral and Cremation Funeral Service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on October 11, 2019.
