James was born on July 24, 1929 and passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018.

James was a resident of Corydon, Indiana at the time of passing.

He was a former owner of Saulman Brothers Tree Service, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Corydon Moose Lodge and was a U.S. Army veteran during the Korean War.

Survivors include his daughters, Debbie L. Gresham (Dwight) and Kimberly S. Stewart (Roger) both of Corydon, and Jill Ann Delaney (Donald) of Clearwater, Florida; his brothers, Carl "Corky" Saulman and Kenneth Saulman (Naomi) both of Corydon; his sister, Susie Troncin (Tommy) of Corydon; his grandchildren, Tina, Tammy, Traci, Jennifer, Jeremy, Joshua, Mandy, Misha, Matthew, Shane and Wendy; 21 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services are pending at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
