James was born on March 7, 1950 and passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018.

James was a resident of Jefferson, Georgia at the time of passing.

James served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ken May officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517 www.woundedwarriorproject.org or to a charity of choice.
