James was born on February 15, 1950 and passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

James was a resident of Crestview, Florida at the time of passing.

He served his country with distinction for thirty years in the United States Army as an infantry soldier and a noncommissioned and commissioned officer retiring in 1999 as a Lieutenant Colonel.

A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church 550 Adams Drive Crestview, Florida 32536 at 11 A.M. The family will receive guests for a visitation at 10 A.M. in the church narthex. Visitation at the Our Lady of Victory from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on April 17, 2019.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the veterans' organization of your choice is appreciated.
