James J. Molloy 62, of Plymouth passed away unexpectedly in New York City on November 27th. Beloved Son of the late Phillip and Claire (Sullivan) Molloy. Loving husband of Cheryl (Venturi) Molloy. He was the loving father of Jessica Rydberg of Arizona, Michael Molloy of Connecticut, and Ashley Molloy of Arlington. He was the step-father of Chad Venturi of Amesbury and Ashleigh Murphy of Blackstone. He was the brother of Phillip Molloy of Duxbury, Helen Molloy of Bourne, Michael Molloy of Berlin, Daniel Molloy of East Sandwich, Sheila Warner of West Yarmouth, Claire McCollom of Framingham and the late Peter Molloy. He is survived by his grandchildren Fiona and Gwen Molloy of Connecticut and Greyson Rydberg of Arizona. James was educated in the Framingham School District, was a graduate of St. John's High School in Shrewsbury and graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was self-employed as a Dental Manufacturer Representative. Visitation services will be held on Saturday, December 3rd, from 11 am to 1 pm in the Davis Funeral home 373 Court St. N. Plymouth.
