James passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.

James was a resident of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2011 and remained as a civilian employee.

James was married to Kyong.

Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
