James was born on October 5, 1939 and passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016.

James was a resident of Crestwood, Kentucky at the time of his passing.

He was a graduate of Princeton High School, attended Virginia Military Institute, Airman First Class, United States Air Force, and was a graduate of Concord College.

He was married to Sandra Kellerman Miller.

Visitation will be open to the public on Friday, October 14th, from 11:00am-1:00pm at Immanuel Baptist Church, 264 New Hope Rd. Princeton, WV, 24740. Funeral services will immediately follow the public visitation at 1:00pm with Steve Hendricks officiating. Graveside service will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, with Adam Hendricks officiating. Visitation
