James was born on January 1, 1939 and passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

James was a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan at the time of passing.

He graduated from Muskegon High School and Michigan State University where he received his BA Degree and was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity.

For those who wish memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Salvation Army.
