James was born on February 21, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
James was a resident of Cypress, Texas at the time of passing.
He graduated from Jefferson Davis High School class of 1954 and was fundamental in organizing his class reunions.
A service to celebrate James' life will take place at 10:30 am on Saturday, December 7th at Brookside Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
