James was born on September 20, 1923 and passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.

James was a resident of Waynesburg, Ohio at the time of his passing.

He graduate of Waynesburg High School.

He was married to Maxine.

Services will be held Sat. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Fr. Joseph Zamary officiating. Interment will be in Sandy Valley Cemetery with Military Honors. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m.
