James was born on April 28, 1936 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

James was a resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota at the time of passing.

So very proud of his Frogtown heritage, Murph graduated from St Agnes (member of the undefeated 1954 football team and Athletic Hall of Fame) before going on to serve his country in the Army, stationed in Korea.

Donations in Murph's name may be made to The VA Medical Center, Voluntary Services (One Veteran's Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417).
