James was a resident of Suscon, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.
Funeral services are in the care of Graziano Funeral Home Inc., Pittston Twp., PA. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home from 5-8 pm Monday, September 16, 2019. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Queen of the Apostles Parish, Hawthorne St., Avoca on Tuesday at 9:30 am. Graveside interment services will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Avoca.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ratchford children in c/o Crystal Fussner by mailing to the funeral home.
