James was born on November 2, 1943 and passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017.

James was a resident of Sidney, Ohio at the time of passing.

He served in the U.S. Navy Squadron VT 27, was an IUTIS member for many years serving as a coach and umpire, and was a boy scout and assistant troop leader for Troop 97.

In keeping with Jim's wishes, there will be no viewing hour, his body will be cremated, and a private burial will be held at a later date.
