James was born on February 18, 1951 and passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

James was a resident of Stark, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

He graduated Syracuse University with his Bachelors in Science.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday March 11, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton. Funeral service will be on Monday March 12, 2018 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Fr. Burial will be in the spring in the Emerson Rd. Cemetery in Stark.
