Janette was born on October 14, 1939 and passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.

Janette was a resident of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin at the time of her passing.

She graduated from Gays Mills High School as Valedictorian and continued to pursue her education at UW-Madison in the area of Home Economics.

Jan was a dedicated employee for the US Army Corp the LM Berry Yellow Pages and Avon.

She was married to Jim.

A memorial service for Jan will be held on Sunday October 16 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Community Room at Pine Haven Christian Home Haven Dr. Campus 220 Haven Dr Sheboygan Falls. Pastor Susan Gall of Faith United Methodist Church of Sheboygan Falls will be officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be in the Community Room from 12:30p.m. until the time of service at 1:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Jans name. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Prairie Crossing and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
