Jason was born on April 10, 2012 and passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016.
Jason was a resident of Middleburg, Florida at the time of passing.
Jase attended Middleburg Head Start School.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday November 26 2016 at Faith Memorial Baptist Church 6731 Ramona Blvd with Rev. Bob Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Saturday at the church.
