Jason was born on October 23, 1985 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

Jason was a resident of Myersville, Maryland at the time of passing.

Jason was a 2003 graduate of Middletown High School.

Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on April 19, 2018. April 19, 2018 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home 7606 Old National Pike Boonsboro, MD 21713 Visitation at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on April 19, 2018.
