Jason was born on May 20, 1981 and passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019.

Jason was a resident of Zanesville, Ohio at the time of passing.

Born and raised in Zanesville, he was a 1999 graduate of West Muskingum High School, where he played football for the Tornados.

Friends and family may call from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday November 9, 2019 with Pastor Steve Dupler officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Wilds, c/o Columbus Zoological Park Association, P.O. Box 400, Powell OH 43065.
