Jason was born on October 8, 1984 and passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016.

Jason was a resident of Fountain, Colorado at the time of his passing.

He graduated from Solon High School in 2003 He graduated from University at Albany with a bachelors degree in business.

He joined the Army in 2005.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Teahen Funeral Home.

A memorial fund has been established in Jasons name.
