Jay was born on December 29, 1951 and passed away in November 2019.

Jay was a resident of Monticello, Iowa at the time of passing.

He graduated from Springville High School with the Class of 1970 and from Iowa State University in 1975.

Visitation will be held from 2 - 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, at Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at SS Peter and Paul Lutheran Church of Castle Grove, with burial in Prairie Hill Cemetery.
