Jay was born on March 29, 1926 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

Jay was a resident of Fort Worth, Texas at the time of his passing.

He served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theater during World War II.

He was married to Margaret McDonald.

Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Lucas Sylvania Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Lucas Sylvania.Today's Events
