Jeffery was a resident of Goochland, Virginia at the time of passing.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2019, at the West Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad St., with a memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
