Jeffory was born on June 27, 1949 and passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017.

Jeffory was a resident of Fostoria, Ohio at the time of passing.

He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war and was stationed in Korea.

Memorial visitation will be Monday, March 6, 2017 at David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 North Summit Street, Toledo, Ohio at 3pm with a memorial service starting at 6pm. The family knows that it would be Jeff's wishes to have donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association Northwest Ohio Chapter in remembrance of his mother.
