Jeffrey was born on October 7, 1953 and passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017.

Jeffrey was a resident of Texas at the time of passing.

Jeff was devoted to his family and the happy grandfather of the "World's Cutest Baby." Jeff was a graduate of Denton High School where he played varsity basketball and baseball and was the Valedictorian of the class of 1972.

For most of the 1980s he served as a JAG officer in the U.S. Navy, rising to the rank of Lt. Commander.

Visitation is from 6PM-8PM at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

In lieu of flowers at the funeral, donations may be given to support flowers in the Butterfly Garden.
