Jeffrey was born on November 3, 1964 and passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018.

Jeffrey was a resident of Manitowoc, Wisconsin at the time of passing.

He attended Riverview School and later became employed at Holiday House for the following 34 years from where he retired.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, 3209 Meadow Lane, Manitowoc. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Kujawski and Rev. Stephen Melso with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc. The visitation will continue on Friday at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Online condolences to the family may be sent to www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11 th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
