Jeffrey was born on September 13, 1957 and passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018.

Jeffrey was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing.

Jeff graduated from Hampshire High School in 1975 where he enjoyed playing sports especially basketball.

His visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00-7:30 PM at St. Catherine of Genoa Church, 340 S. Stott St., Genoa, IL. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 PM. His funeral mass will be on Friday, Feb. 16th at 2:00 PM at the St. Catherine of Genoa Church, with Fr. Burial will be at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Hampshire.
